Ordered a sample and delivery was super fast. Unfortunately I did not explain how I wanted the design precise enough so I need a few things fixed. However the work is done exactly as said so if you are sure to specify everything, then you will get what you ask for. (Don't expect them to read your mind) The agent I'm working with is super nice and easy to work with. Will definitely be ordering more in the future. p.s - their sizing is perfect, NEW ERA has flawed sizing
